The MK2M2 is a compact 11-DoF MEMS IMU for drone autopilots, ground robots and other unmanned platforms with limited space and payload capacity. Its sensor suite incorporates three-axis gyroscopes, accelerometers and a magnetometer, together with two-axis inclinometers, and is suited to providing measurements for navigation systems where GNSS is available most of the time.
Designed and manufactured in Canada, the ITAR-free unit features an IP67-certified housing and has been tested to DO-160-style vibration and shock profiles. Factory calibration covers offset, scale factor and misalignment, as well as magnetometer hard- and soft-iron effects. RS-422 or CAN-FD output enables connection to the host platform.
