INS-DM-FI GPS-Aided INS

The INS-DM-FI is a state-of-the-art GNSS-aided inertial navigation system (INS) that incorporates tactical-grade fiber optic gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers to provide high-accuracy horizontal and vertical position, velocity, and absolute orientation (heading, pitch, and roll) data.

Featuring a choice of dual-antenna multi-constellation GNSS receivers from NovAtel, u-blox or Septentrio, it is ideal for a wide range of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) and USV (uncrewed surface vessel) applications. The unit can also be provided with optional external ADC (air data computer) and standalone magnetic compass.

The rugged unit is IP68-rated for ingress protection against dust and water, and has been designed to MIL-STD-461 standards for EMC, EMI, and ERD protection and to MIL-STD-810 standards for environmental protection.
