Khronos
Khronos is an all-in-one drone-in-a-box system that is designed for both fixed and mobile applications and is easily mounted on a wide range of vehicles. Pairing an advanced quadcopter with a rugged IP54-rated and shock-resistant base station, it provides instant aerial intelligence of the surrounding area, and can be deployed without leaving the vehicle.
The tethered drone provides up to 24 hours of persistent operation, with a tether height of up to 60 metres that gives the system a 10 km radius for target identification and tracking. The UAV can be launched and airborne in under two minutes.
Khronos can be equipped with a choice of two ISR payloads:
- NextVision Raptor - NDAA-compliant gimbal with 80x zoom day sensor and best-in-class IR sensor
- NextVision DragonEye - stabilized EO/IR gimbal weighing just 115g
