TUFAN Swarm-capable expendable USV for autonomous maritime operations
TUFAN

TUFAN is a kamikaze unmanned surface vehicle capable of carrying an insensitive high-explosive warhead and conducting swarm-based operations. The USV combines high-speed maneuverability, low radar cross-section, reduced thermal signature and autonomous mission capabilities for maritime attack missions.

The platform can form subgroups for different mission tasks and asymmetric attack formations. It can perform avoidance maneuvers around moving and stationary obstacles, and features AI and image-based target detection and engagement for autonomous attack profiles.

TUFAN can operate in GNSS- and communication-denied environments, and uses RF line-of-sight, mesh network, satellite BLOS and 4G/LTE communication systems. Its portable control console enables mission planning, execution, real-time image transfer and data recording.
