TEKEVER and Threod Systems have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a framework for long-term cooperation and the development of strategic partnership opportunities.
The agreement establishes a foundation for deeper cooperation across technology development, operational capability enhancement, market opportunities, and future joint programmes. The companies will identify areas of mutual interest and evaluate opportunities to combine their respective expertise, technologies, and operational experience to address emerging defence and security requirements while strengthening Europe’s sovereign manufacturing capabilities.
TEKEVER delivers autonomous intelligence solutions through an integrated ecosystem of unmanned systems, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Threod Systems brings extensive experience in the design, development, and manufacture of unmanned aerial systems, payloads, and mission-critical technologies for a global customer base.
