Quadsat will attend AUSA 2026 in Washington, DC, from October 12-14, where it will showcase its SpectraLoc payload for Radio Frequency (RF) sensing and electromagnetic intelligence.
Exhibiting in Hall E at Booth 7817 within the Danish Pavilion, Quadsat will present SpectraLoc as a platform-agnostic payload designed to detect and geolocate RF emitters and jammers across the electromagnetic spectrum.
SpectraLoc can detect RF signals at distances of up to 150 km and geolocate emitters at ranges of up to 100 km. Integrated onto Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), SpectraLoc supports RF data collection and real-time analysis, helping convert collected signals into actionable intelligence. All mission phases can be completed in real time within a single flight, with operators able to monitor and control the mission live from a ground station while viewing sensor data and results as they are collected.
Detection can include unknown or unexpected active emitters, providing input to the Electromagnetic Order of Battle (EMOB) while supporting situational awareness and operational decision-making.
Quadsat positions SpectraLoc around a Software-Defined Defense (SDD) model, separating system functionality from the underlying hardware and managing it through software. This enables deployed payloads to receive continuous software updates without corresponding changes to the hardware.
Its RF functionality is designed for use across multiple UAS platforms rather than being limited to one system, with SpectraLoc integrations including the TEKEVER AR3 EVO, Skyeton Raybird, UPTEKO Lark and Wingcopter.
Using established UAS platforms in this way can reduce dependence on traditional ground-based systems and the need for investment in additional aircraft, while supporting distributed RF sensing at scale and shortening the time from detection to action.
