Danish RF spectrum specialist Quadsat has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ukrainian defence technology provider MATHESIS to establish local distribution, technical service, and commercial support in Ukraine.
Under the agreement, MATHESIS will act as Quadsat’s technology and commercial partner, with the intention of serving as distributor and service partner under a future commercial agreement. The agreement builds on prior cooperation, following a visit by Quadsat representatives to the MATHESIS team in Kyiv earlier in June, where MATHESIS organized a demonstration for stakeholders to explore how Quadsat’s airborne RF sensing technology could support Ukrainian market requirements.

MATHESIS provides advanced data acquisition, processing, and analysis systems for defence and security, with expertise spanning signals intelligence, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, counter-UAS technologies, acoustic intelligence, and AI-driven data management. By combining MATHESIS’ local capabilities with Quadsat’s specialized airborne RF sensing and spectrum intelligence solutions, the collaboration aims to enhance situational awareness, accelerate decision-making, and improve operational readiness.

The partnership comes alongside deepening defence collaboration between Denmark and Ukraine, following Danish Defence Minister Jeppe Bruus’ recent visit to Kyiv to meet President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and announce Denmark’s 30th military aid package worth DKK 4.4 billion. By pairing local technical expertise with advanced RF testing and spectrum intelligence, the alliance strengthens access to specialized technologies in support of Ukraine’s broader defence efforts.
