Vectoflow, a developer of flow measurement technologies and air data systems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), has appointed Stefanie Hach as Co-CEO, expanding its executive leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Under the new leadership structure, Hach will work alongside CEO and co-founder Dr. Christian Haigermoser. In her new role she will oversee the company’s commercial strategy, organizational development, and long-term growth initiatives.
Hach joined Vectoflow in February 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, where she led a transformation of the company’s go-to-market strategy, including a new sales structure and updated brand identity. During this period, the company doubled its order intake year-over-year and strengthened its position as a serial supplier of advanced flow measurement probes within the defense sector.
As a company, Vectoflow develops aerodynamic measurement technologies used across UAV and aerospace platforms. Its portfolio includes modular air data solutions and precision probes designed to measure parameters such as airspeed, altitude, pressure, and temperature. These systems can be mounted on the nose, wing, or fuselage of UAVs and are designed using lightweight materials and tested to RTCA DO-160 standards.
Vectoflow also offers integrated smart air data systems featuring built-in sensors and processing capabilities, providing a complete measurement package for UAV applications. Designed for research UAVs where clean flow measurement is required, these systems deliver data including airspeed, altitude, temperature, pressure, and humidity, and can incorporate embedded air data computers for real-time aerodynamic corrections.
Looking ahead in her new role, Hach will focus on establishing scalable structures that connect the company’s technology development, market strategy, and organizational capabilities. Her priorities include supporting sustainable revenue growth, strengthening internal capabilities and company culture, and positioning Vectoflow as a leading European provider of safety-critical measurement technologies.
Dr. Christian Haigermoser commented, “With Stefanie Hach, we are strengthening our executive team with an experienced leader who will take our go-to-market capabilities to the next level. Her strategic mindset and strong understanding of high-growth markets make her an ideal fit for the role.”
The appointment was unanimously approved by the company’s shareholders, including Bayern Kapital, AM Ventures and WN Invest.
Hach added, “Vectoflow has the potential to become the European technology standard in safety-critical flow measurement. Actively shaping this next phase of growth together with an exceptional team is a clear mission for me.”
