Blue Nose Aerial Imaging, a nationwide commercial drone services provider, has launched a new collaboration with Inotek to deliver a next-generation approach to building inspections across the United States.
The partnership merges Blue Nose’s nationwide drone inspection capabilities with Inotek’s engineering-led analysis and reporting methodology. The result shifts inspections beyond static imagery toward actionable, decision-ready insight for asset owners, facilities teams, and engineering partners.
The updated inspection process now translates visual and thermal data into verified findings related to building condition, defects, energy loss, and risk, rather than delivering drone photos alone. This allows clients to prioritise maintenance, reduce uncertainty, and make faster, more informed decisions.
Inotek contributes extensive project experience across Europe, where its methodology has been successfully applied to complex commercial, residential, and infrastructure assets.
Tanner Harris, Founder & Managing Member of Blue Nose Aerial Imaging, commented, “This collaboration fundamentally changes the value of a building inspection. Our clients don’t just need images – they need clarity. By combining our inspection reach with Inotek’s engineering-grade analysis, we’re delivering insight that can actually be acted on.”
Fredrik Nilsen Rist, CEO of Inotek, added, “Blue Nose represents exactly the kind of partner we look to work with, technically strong, trusted by the market, and focused on delivering real outcomes for asset owners. Together, we’re raising the standard for what building inspections should deliver.”
The initial U.S. inspections delivered through the collaboration are now underway, covering commercial and large-scale assets.
