
The Carabineros de Chile have adopted Trakka Systems’ state-of-the-art TrakkaCam TC-300 to equip their Schiebel S-100 Camcopter unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with Trakka’s high-performance multi-sensor surveillance system.
A pioneering police force in South America, the Carabineros have seamlessly integrated Trakka’s advanced Critical Vision Technologies across platforms as varied as the AW-109, EC-135, and H125 helicopters, and now they are the first customer in South America to employ the TrakkaCam multi-sensor system on an unmanned platform as well.
Established in 1927, the Carabineros de Chile functions as the national police force, upholding law and order throughout the country. Their aviation unit is renowned for its adaptability, undertaking various demanding missions such as mountain rescues, medical evacuations, and high-pressure police operations.
Installation of the TrakkaCam TC-300 enhances their situational awareness and enables them to respond more effectively to essential C4ISR missions.

The TrakkaCam TC-300 is a compact, gyro-stabilized multi-spectral imaging system designed for smaller platforms such as unmanned aerial systems. It provides exceptional high-definition image clarity, an extended operational range, and advanced perceptual tools that enhance decision-making in challenging environments.
The TC-300 is a non-ITAR product certified to RTCA DO-160 environmental standards. The TC-300 also offers various laser options, making it an excellent choice for law enforcement and security applications.
