The new SkyScout drone from WISPR Systems has taken flight and is now available to order.

WISPR’s new drone comes in a convenient size and interchangeable payload options, making it ideal for surveying, construction and inspection workflows.

Conor Ferguson, co-founder and CTO at WISPR Systems, said; “We developed the SkyScout with our customers in mind to deliver a lightweight, yet highly durable drone for use in a wide range of industries.

“The SkyScout sets a new standard for accessibility, convenience and performance with its compact size and hot-swappable, plane-safe batteries.”

SkyScout’s “smart” batteries remove the challenges from transportation and allow users to keep working and stay on schedule. It also includes collision avoidance, dual-band RTK navigation, geotagging capabilities for photos, vibration control and a dampening mount to ensure smooth images and videos.

Whether it’s surveying vast landscapes, inspecting infrastructure or monitoring environmental conditions, the SkyScout’s portability ensures that it’s always ready to take flight and deliver high-quality performance when required.
