SBG Systems has released firmware updates for the company’s Ellipse, Ekinox and Apogee inertial systems, its Navsight motion and navigation solutions, and its Quanta georeferencing solutions for UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) and UGV (unmanned ground vehicle) mapping systems. The updates include the following new features and enhancements:

- Reduced alignment time with online lever arms estimation management
- New automotive CAN output provides vehicle frame velocities, slip angle and turn radius
