The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-FGX2-SBC (WOLF-16T0) is a rugged 3U VPX single board computer that integrates NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ processing, ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC networking, and the WOLF FGX2 FPGA for advanced video format conversion. This combination delivers secure, real-time AI processing and high-speed connectivity for C5ISR and unmanned applications requiring multi-source video capture, encoding, and display.
Powered by a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU and a Blackwell GPU featuring 2560 CUDA cores and 96 Gen 5 Tensor cores, the module delivers up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of compute for deep learning inference, sensor fusion, and robotics workloads. The FGX2 FPGA extends native video I/O support to non-standard and legacy formats, enabling seamless integration into complex ISR architectures.
The module’s ConnectX-7 SmartNIC provides 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 connectivity with GPUDirect, RDMA, and RoCE capabilities for low-latency data transfer between networked sensors and the GPU. Supporting up to 128 GB of ECC LPDDR5X memory at 273 GB/s and configurable power from 70 W to 150 W, the VPX3U-THOR-CX7-FGX2-SBC maintains deterministic performance across −40 °C to +85 °C.
WOLF’s high-efficiency cooling system ensures reliable heat dissipation exceeding 100 W for sustained mission operation. Designed to meet SOSA-aligned profile 14.2.16, it provides robust functional safety, TSN-capable Ethernet, and full video encode/decode acceleration.
