Xservo140 Servo Drive
The Xservo140 features an integrated CANopen/EtherCAT motion controller that simplifies mechanical and electrical integration and provides a variety of control modes, including cyclic synchronous position, velocity and torque, and profile position and velocity.
The shaft of the servo actuator is hollow, allowing convenient passthrough of cables, other component shafts, or laser beams.
