BORLINK-0821 is a compact airborne broadband radio for real-time IP video, telemetry and mission-data transport between an airborne or mobile node and a ground station. Its mobile OFDM waveform and transparent Ethernet forwarding carry HD IP video, Ethernet traffic and serial data through a single radio, with variants available for 800 MHz, 1.4 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency plans.
The radio provides air-to-ground line-of-sight ranges of 20 to 50 km and a maximum data rate of 30 Mbps. It can be deployed in one-to-one and one-to-many networks, as well as architectures using an intermediate airborne node as a mobile relay. ZUC, SNOW3G and AES encryption options are available for mission networks.
Two Ethernet ports and three serial channels accommodate cameras, mission computers, telemetry devices and other payload equipment.
