BORADAR-200 is a downward-facing 24 GHz FMCW radar altimeter that measures the relative height between an aircraft and the terrain in real time. Ideal for UAVs, it provides a range of 0.1 to 200 m and enables stable low-level flight and terrain-following.
The radar is designed for operation in rain, snow, fog, smoke and dust, providing reliable altitude awareness for a wide range of mission-critical applications including mapping and surveying, logistics, firefighting, rescue missions and infrastructure inspection.
The IP66-rated unit offers UART TTL and CAN interfaces for simplified connection to flight-control and mission systems, and the radar can also be adapted for unmanned surface vessels and robotic platforms requiring radar-based distance measurement.
