RFD900 VideoLink Modem
RFDesign's RFD900 VideoLink Modem is a Blue UAS-listed communications system for transmitting video and telemetry from UAVs. Under the stated line-of-sight, configuration, and antenna conditions, it provides links beyond 5 km.
H.264 compression supports video at up to 720p, and the UVC interface accepts compatible USB cameras. The modem also carries MAVLink telemetry, PPM, and SBUS data, with AES encryption available for the communications link.
The unit operates across 902 to 928 MHz with 1 W RF output and redundant 6 to 55 V power inputs. Configuration is available through a web interface over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and integrated protection covers thermal and overcurrent conditions. It is also NDAA compliant.
