The Nuvo-11531 is a compact fanless embedded computer powered by the Intel® Core™ Ultra 200 series, designed for AI-driven applications in space-constrained environments. With a footprint of just 212 x 165 x 63 mm, it is well-suited for use in robotic arms, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), machine vision platforms, and roadside installations.
Built on Intel®’s advanced 3nm manufacturing process, the Core™ Ultra 200 processors deliver up to 120% performance compared to previous generations while reducing power consumption to 80%. With integrated GPU and a new neural processing unit (NPU), the platform achieves up to 36 TOPS of AI performance, enabling more efficient inspection and inference capabilities alongside conventional rule-based vision algorithms.
The Nuvo-11531 is engineered for diverse edge deployments that require robust sensor and camera integration. It provides four PoE+ 2.5GbE ports and four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports for industrial and security cameras or LiDAR, as well as multiple isolated digital I/O and dual COM ports for external device communication. Internal expansion includes an M.2 E-key slot for Wi-Fi modules and two mPCIe slots that can accommodate 5G/4G connectivity, COM, CAN bus, or additional GbE interfaces. For storage, the system incorporates a Gen4x4 M.2 NVMe slot for the operating system and a front-accessible 2.5-inch SSD tray for fast data logging. Wide DC input and optional ignition control further extend suitability for robotics and in-vehicle use cases.
The Nuvo-11588 variant enhances flexibility with a SlimSAS connector offering PCIe Gen4x8 bandwidth. This supports external NVMe drives, U.2 storage, industrial PCIe cameras, or GPUs, expanding options for high-throughput data and AI workloads.
