The Nuvo-11160GC Series is a rugged, wide-temperature edge AI platform built on Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S series processors with up to 24 cores, and supports NVIDIA® RTX™ GPU cards up to 150W. Designed for high compute density at the edge, it enables AI-driven workloads such as vision inspection, video analysis, and robotic guidance across both fixed and mobile unmanned systems. The platform integrates an onboard Neural Processing Unit alongside DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen4 expansion, providing a balanced architecture for real-time inference and data processing.
Engineered for real-world deployment, the system combines a compact form factor with extensive I/O, including multiple 2.5GbE and GbE ports, optional PoE+ for camera integration, USB 3.2 connectivity, and isolated digital I/O for control systems. The MezIO® expansion interface allows flexible configuration of additional ports and functions, while mini PCIe slots enable 4G/5G communication modules for remote operation. A dedicated thermal design with segregated cooling ensures stable operation from -25°C to 60°C, supporting reliable performance in outdoor and mobile robotic environments.
