The NRU-170-PPC series is a waterproof 10.1-inch AI panel PC, engineered with an IP66 rating and powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX or Orin™ Nano. Delivering up to 100 TOPS of AI performance, it is purpose-built for edge deployments where water resistance and human-machine interaction are essential. Typical applications include advanced driver assistance in off-highway vehicles, autonomous marine platforms, and precision agriculture.
Using the Jetson Orin™ NX, the NRU-170-PPC provides up to 100 sparse TOPS (INT8) and supports transcoding of as many as eighteen 1080P video streams. Its waterproof construction is achieved through optimized mechanical design, rugged connectors, and standardized cable kits, ensuring reliability at a cost-effective level. For semi-outdoor use, the integrated 10.1-inch touchscreen offers 1000 cd/m² brightness, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and responsive operation with a single finger even in wet conditions.
The series is available in two configurations. The NRU-171V-PPC supports up to six GMSL2 automotive cameras and includes pre-integrated drivers for models based on IMX390, ISX031, and IMX490 CMOS sensors. The NRU-172S-PPC provides four PoE+ GbE ports for IP and industrial GigE cameras. Both versions also include a waterproof GbE connection for integration with external computers or LiDAR systems.
Compact and efficient, the NRU-170-PPC simplifies in-vehicle cabling while supporting a wide 8V to 35V DC input, ignition-controlled power, a CAN FD bus port, and an RS232 interface. Expansion is provided through a miniPCIe slot for CAN, COM, or WiFi modules and an M.2 B-key socket for 4G LTE or 5G NR mobile communications.
