I5 Electric Power System

IPET Systems' I5 is an integrated propulsion solution for multirotor drones, featuring a motor with an ESC (electronic speed controller) embedded directly inside the housing for enhanced space and weight savings and reduced wiring. The I5 is designed for quadcopters with takeoff weights of 4 to 6 kg, and hexacopters with takeoff weights of 6 to 9 kg.

The integrated design is manufactured with high-quality machining and precision assembly, ensuring high reliability and a service life designed for 10,000 hours of operation. Benefiting from advanced aerodynamic optimization and parametric blade geometry design, the accompanying I24 propeller is manufactured from integrated carbon fiber, reducing weight while lowering operating noise.

The embedded ESC includes a health monitoring module that tracks real-time operating conditions, with overcurrent, over-temperature, overvoltage, stall and throttle-signal-loss protection for dependable mission performance.

Featuring IP46-rated protection and a tool-less quick-release design, the I5 is well suited to compact, long-endurance platforms for aerial surveying, inspection and public safety applications.
