Fibreworks manufactures custom composite fuselages, empennages and nosecones for unmanned aircraft. Components can be produced through build-to-specification, build-to-print or reverse-engineering programs, with in-house engineering available from the initial concept through to production-ready designs. Composite design and finite element analysis capabilities enable structures to be optimized around the required geometry, strength, stiffness and weight.
Manufacturing can cover individual nose, tail and fuselage components or complete aerostructure assemblies. Fibreworks can produce full assemblies for loitering munitions, one-way attack systems and Group 1 to 3 UAS, with tooling options available for prototypes, low-rate production and higher manufacturing volumes. In-house machining, assembly, painting and finishing enable the delivery of completed, integration-ready structures.
