Inspector 90 USV

Inspector 90 is a versatile Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) from Exail designed for autonomous maritime operations including mine countermeasures, surveillance, environmental monitoring, and search and rescue missions. Powered by hydrojet propulsion, the platform supports autonomous, remotely controlled, and onboard-operated navigation modes, enabling flexible deployment across a wide range of naval and offshore applications. Its robust marine-grade aluminum hull and optimized hydrodynamic design provide stable performance during both high-speed transit and low-speed launch and recovery operations for embarked autonomous systems.

Engineered as a multi-mission drone platform, Inspector 90 supports the deployment and operation of AUVs, ROVs, towed sonars, mine identification and disposal systems, ISR payloads, and seafloor survey sensors. Integrated within Exail’s UMIS mine warfare ecosystem, the USV can coordinate with multiple naval drones from a remote command center outside hazardous areas. The platform’s open architecture and modular Drone Kit design enable customization for mission-specific payloads and allow integration of sensors, effectors, and minesweeping systems for advanced maritime security and underwater operations.
