The NDAA-compliant Falcon Series combines high-power brushless motors with intelligent controllers for UAVs requiring substantial thrust and efficient operation in demanding environments. The compact, lightweight systems are ideal for heavy-lift multirotors and VTOL aircraft undertaking cargo delivery, surveillance, mapping and rescue missions.
Falcon motors utilize curved magnets and advanced cooling designs to maintain performance at higher altitudes and in thinner air. High-quality winding insulation enhances reliability, and K-type thermal sensors provide direct measurement of winding temperature during operation.
ePConnect-enabled controllers deliver real-time propulsion data and programmable control for in-flight performance optimization. The iAMC600 includes configurable motor, inverter and alert parameters, with CAN-based notifications for conditions such as overcurrent, abnormal voltage and excessive temperature. These capabilities give engineers and operators greater visibility into propulsion behavior during development and deployment.
