ServoMax500
The ServoMax500 is an aviation-grade servo actuator for heavy-duty control in large UAV and AAM platforms. It is ideal for a wide range of safety-critical applications such as control of wing surfaces, swashplates, brakes and payload bay doors.
The servo's advanced design features a high-reliability BLDC motor, an analog Hall effect sensor and a contactless encoder for precise control of rotor position. Designed to produce minimal acoustic and electromagnetic noise, it also incorporates sophisticated anti-jitter algorithms for reduced vibration.
The rugged servo is constructed with hard-wearing stainless steel gears and an anodized aluminium housing, and is tested to MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 standards.
