ServoMax® Series integrates high-performance motors, precision gearing, drive electronics and control algorithms into a single system for precise and stable motion control. Its broad product range supports platforms from small UAVs to large uncrewed aircraft and advanced air mobility applications. Contromax also provides customization of torque, speed, communication interfaces, form factor, servo horn and surface finish to suit each platform and operating environment.
ServoMax® Series supports safety-critical functions including flight-control surfaces, swashplates, tail-rotor control, steering systems, brakes, landing gear, payload bay doors and release mechanisms. Its integrated architecture features low-jitter control, backlash of 0.3° or less, contactless position sensing and model-specific CAN, PWM, RS-485 and dual-CAN interface options.
Contromax operates an AS9100D-certified quality management system. Depending on the model and customer requirements, environmental, EMC and performance testing can be supported based on applicable items of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and DO-160. Available capabilities include temperature, humidity, altitude, vibration, shock, acceleration, salt fog, dust, rain, EMC, endurance and frequency-response testing. Manufacturing and inspection processes incorporate applicable IPC Class 3 workmanship and quality-control requirements.
