The RiverStar 3600D ADCP (RS3600D) delivers dependable velocity and depth profiling in both shallow and deep water environments. Its unique 9-beam transducer configuration, featuring four beams at 1200 kHz, four at 3600 kHz, and a central 600 kHz depth beam, ensures high fidelity across a full range of flow conditions. Designed for seamless operation with the CHCNAV APACHE 4 series USV, it supports single-vessel deployment, optimizing manpower and survey efficiency. The unit’s dual-frequency capability allows it to automatically adapt to water conditions, maintaining consistent measurement quality in dynamic field scenarios.

Compact yet powerful, the RS3600D weighs only 2 kg and measures 12.6 cm in diameter, offering compatibility with trimarans, cableway systems, motorized survey vessels, and stationary buoy platforms. Its high-resolution profiling (1 mm/s) captures precise flow data even in near-still waters where conventional profilers lose accuracy. With HydroProfiler software for PC and EasySail Android integration, operators can process data, transfer files, and generate comprehensive flow reports directly in the field, streamlining hydrological and ecological flow assessments.
