The Alpha 800 is a versatile small multi-mission gasoline-powered helicopter UAV. The Alpha 800 is a reliable and versatile platform that has much lower logistical footprint, maintenance requirements, and operational costs than manned helicopters. With a gasoline-powered engine and onboard alternator/generator, it provides flight times of up to 2.5 hours.
The easy-to-deploy system can be transported in a pick-up truck or van and can be set up and airborne in minutes. It features fully automatic autorotation for maximum safety, and all on-board electronics are rated at least IP64.
The Alpha 800 can carry up to 2,5kg and a wide range of payloads are available including EO/IR cameras, multispectral sensors, and LiDAR scanners. It is ideal for a variety of civilian and military missions, including mapping, inspection, surveillance and reconnaissance, forward observation and search and rescue.
