idMEbatt

The idMEbatt is a compact Remote ID battery for UAVs that combines power delivery with integrated remote identification and localization functionality. Developed to support drone identification requirements under ASTM and ASD-STAN frameworks, the unit utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi broadcast technologies to transmit identification and location data that can be received by modern mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Its integrated architecture helps simplify Remote ID implementation while supporting compliance-focused unmanned aircraft operations.

Designed for size- and weight-sensitive platforms, the idMEbatt incorporates a high-quality multi-GNSS receiver and a barometric altitude sensor to provide accurate positioning and altitude information for Remote ID broadcasts. Measuring only 25 × 20 × 3 mm and weighing 5 grams, the battery is well suited to lightweight UAV platforms where payload capacity is limited. The unit delivers a minimum of two hours of continuous operation and is designed in accordance with F3211-19 requirements. The idMEbatt is compliant with ASTM and ASD-STAN standards, supports the latest FAA Means of Compliance requirements, and has CE certification pending.
