Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd (ATL), a developer of liquid containment technology for defense, UAV, marine, and aerospace applications, will showcase its fuel systems and bladder solutions at DSEI 2025, taking place at the ExCeL London, Stand N4-144.
ALT’s fuel systems are flexible, fabricated, and moulded, with a focus on safety, efficiency, adaptability and reliability in harsh environments.
The company’s rotationally moulded products are made from proprietary ATL-565 material, which combines minimal weight with durability and low permeation rates. ATL fuel tanks can be customized in terms of thickness, color, and ballistic resistance, providing a cost-effective choice for low and high production volumes.
ALT manufactures precision-engineered stainless steel and aluminum tanks for conditions requiring maximum strength, with internal features including baffles, collector systems, venturi pumps, and rollover protection. These tanks are all developed to maximize usable fuel and maintain stability.
The flexible bladder systems can be shaped to fit unused spaces within a platform. This allows for range extension without compromising armor or payload capacity. These bladders are also lighter than traditional metal tanks, easily repairable, and can be retrofitted with minimal disassembly, making this technology ideal for rapid deployment.
ALT’s bladders, stainless steel, aluminum, and rotationally moulded tanks are utilized in land, sea, and air defense platforms.
The company’s BallistiCoat® self-sealing technology also protects against ballistic threats. This means fuel tanks can self heal after penetration from rounds such as 9mm, 7.62mm, and 5.56mm calibers as internal safety foam mitigates explosion risk.
These solutions are suitable for armored personnel carriers, naval craft, executive protection vehicles, and military platforms.
Samuel Morton, Marketing Executive at ATL, stated, “Our mission is to provide armed forces, security agencies, and aerospace innovators with the safest, most efficient liquid containment solutions available. From UAVs to naval vessels, our products are built to perform in the most demanding conditions while protecting both crews and missions.”
With a proven track record as the fuel system supplier for General Dynamics’ Foxhound LPPV, and extensive support for numerous UAV programs, missile systems, torpedoes, and armored vehicles, the company demonstrates its reliability across diverse defense sectors.
ATL upholds the highest standards of quality control, with security-cleared personnel, strict confidentiality processes, and the flexibility to meet urgent operational demands. The company is committed to precision engineering, consistent quality, and on-time delivery
