DSEI show 2021

Future Tech Hub:

DSEI recognises the increasingly decisive role information plays in the future battlespace, and how it must develop as a platform in order to cater for the entire defence and security audience.

DSEI’s Future Tech Hub is our largest and fastest-growing area of the show, having tripled in size since the 2021 show. The hub supports exhibitors looking to break into the defence sector, and continues to strengthen their relationship within industry with the presence of MoD stakeholders exhibiting; Including UK Strategic Command, DASA, Dstl, Defence & Equipment & Support.

Manufacturing Hub:

The manufacturing industry is a key part of the UK and world economy. The Manufacturing Hub aims to support manufacturers looking to break into the global Defence & Security sector as well as those wanting to strengthen their existing relationships.

After a successful launch in 2019 and 2021, DSEI’s Manufacturing Hub will return in 2023, with strategic partnerships with MAKE UK Defence and MTC, it will support and engage with the UK’s defence manufacturers and wider defence supply chain.

Medical Hub:

A robust and responsive defence medical capability is essential to both military and civil contingency operations. The service is being called upon to meet an increasingly broad set of challenges, ranging from support of forward deployed operations to large scale pandemics, both abroad and at home.

The Medical Hub at DSEI will provide a dedicated area for those at the forefront of military medicine, ranging from senior commanders, policy advisers and planners to doctors and medics operating on the front line.

Space Hub:

Following its success in 2019 and 2021, The Space Hub will be returning to DSEI in 2023. It is dedicated to highlighting Space’s vital impact in the defence industry, with a significant reliance on satellites to provide data for military operations.

The UK’s first integrated National Space Strategy and Defence Space Strategy reflects the UK Government’s commitment to making the UK a meaningful actor in space, with a further £1.4bn invested on top of existing commitments. The Space Hub recognises the ever-growing dependency on this domain and provides a platform to share and discuss next-generation technologies.
