Bynav Technology has released a video showcasing its autonomous production line, manufacturing high-precision positioning solutions and navigation technologies for drones, robotics and unmanned systems.

Bynav has built multiple fully automated assembly and testing lines for boxes and modules, which are integrated with the ERP+IWMS+MES digital management system.

This allows the company to accurately trace the information from every batch of raw material to final test data in the whole production cycle of a single product, leading to high-quality output and efficient production.

With the intelligent warehousing system, automated product assembly, functional testing, and shipping inspection and packing, over 96% of processes are automated.

Based on self-developed chips, the company has now launched a series of automotive-grade high-precision positioning modules and boxes featuring full-constellation, full-frequency and high-performance.

Calibration and Testing
Bynav has obtained several automotive-grade certifications and functional safety product certifications. The company owns various self-built laboratories and test equipment, including:

  • IMU Calibration
  • Satellite Signal Tracking and Acquisition
  • Durability/Environmental Testing
  • Triple Temperature Testing
  • Functional Testing
  • Optical/Vision Inspection

Bynav assert that its solutions have been adopted by several traditional automakers, emerging carmakers, and joint ventures. The company has been nominated in over 20 vehicle models, and received investment from internationally renowned Tier 1 companies and multiple automotive OEMs.
