The 2026 AUVSI Pathfinder Symposium will bring together participants from government, industry, and academia to discuss developments in uncrewed aircraft systems, robotics, counter-UAS, advanced technologies, digital engineering, and airspace.
The event will provide information on ongoing needs, technologies, and programs across the UAS and counter-UAS environment. Attendees will also be able to connect with representatives from federal, state, and local government, academia, and industry.
The symposium will take place from August 17–19, 2026.
It will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, August 17, and conclude at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 19.
The event will cover Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and Robotics, Advanced Technologies and Digital Engineering, Counter UAS, and Airspace.
Sessions and activities will also address ongoing needs, technologies, and programs within the UAS and cUAS sectors.
The symposium will include keynote sessions, panel discussions, hands-on demonstrations, an exhibit hall, a tech track stage, and main-stage presentations.
Participants will be able to learn about developments in uncrewed systems and connect with government representatives, academics, industry professionals, decision-makers, and technologists.
Flight demonstrations will give participating organizations an opportunity to present the capabilities of their uncrewed aircraft and drone technologies in front of decision-makers and technologists.
Flight Demo activities will be open to students, enthusiasts, industry representatives, academia, and government participants. Organizations can reserve time on the course to demonstrate their systems.
The event will include FPV 101, providing participants with an opportunity to try flying an FPV drone.
The exhibition will provide companies with space to present UAS, counter-UAS, and related uncrewed systems technologies to attendees from government, academia, and industry.
Exhibit Floor Only passes provide access to the exhibit hall and tech track stage.
Registration is open to all U.S. persons.

Students and K–12 Educators tickets are available to full-time K–12 and college students, as well as K–12 educators. These passes include access to the exhibit hall and tech track stage. Meals are not included.
Government tickets are available to government and military personnel. They include access to the exhibit hall, tech track stage, and main-stage presentations. Meals may be purchased as an add-on.
Academia tickets are available to university staff and faculty. They include access to the exhibit hall, tech track stage, main-stage presentations, meals, and the awards luncheon.
Industry tickets include access to the exhibit hall, tech track stage, main-stage presentations, meals, and the awards luncheon.
The event will be held in VBC South Hall at the Von Braun Center.
