The VPX3U-THOR-SBC (WOLF-16T1) is a ruggedized computing module built to deliver advanced AI, high-performance processing, and secure data handling for next-generation unmanned and C5ISR platforms. Integrating NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ architecture with a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU, it provides up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute performance for mission-critical workloads.
The module’s SOSA-aligned 3U VPX design supports multi-instance GPU operation, PCIe Gen4 switching with ISO 26262 functional safety, and comprehensive network interfacing through TSN-enabled Ethernet and multi-display outputs.
Equipped with 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory at 273 GB/s, the module ensures deterministic performance under extreme conditions, supporting thermal loads from 70 W to 150 W through WOLF’s optimized cooling architecture. Designed for operational resilience, it maintains reliable function across −40 °C to +85 °C and high-vibration environments. The VPX3U-THOR-SBC enables embedded system integrators to meet stringent safety, performance, and longevity requirements.
