The VPX3U-THOR-CX7-SBC (WOLF-16T5) is a rugged single board computer that integrates the NVIDIA® IGX Thor™ architecture and ConnectX®-7 SmartNIC to deliver powerful, safety-certifiable AI and high-performance computing for modern unmanned and C5ISR systems. Featuring a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU and an embedded Blackwell GPU with 2560 CUDA cores and 96 Gen 5 Tensor cores, the module achieves up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute.

The ConnectX-7 SmartNIC enhances system throughput with 100GbE and PCIe Gen5 support, enabling GPUDirect, RDMA, and RoCE data transfers optimized for low-latency mission workloads. Designed for SWaP-conscious platforms, the module provides 128 GB ECC LPDDR5X memory at 273 GB/s and configurable power draw from 70 W to 150 W. Its SOSA-aligned 3U VPX form factor includes TSN-capable Ethernet, multi-display outputs, and comprehensive system management through advanced IPMC and security functions. WOLF’s high-efficiency cooling architecture maintains stable thermal performance above 100 W heat dissipation, ensuring reliability under −40 °C to +85 °C conditions.
