Achieve ISO 21940-11 dynamic balancing with Tyto Robotics' Propeller Balancer, a precision solution built into the Flight Stand series. Designed for professional UAV motor testing environments, this tool leverages embedded high-resolution RPM sensors and vibration detection via onboard accelerometers to identify and correct imbalances with unparalleled accuracy. In just three guided steps baseline spin, trial weight calibration, and corrective verification users can dynamically balance propellers with diameters defined by their Flight Stand model, from light multirotor blades to large fixed-wing configurations.

This add-on module is software-activated and operates seamlessly within Tyto’s established thrust measurement ecosystem. Balancing is performed over a wide RPM range of 200–15,000 using a correction-by-added-weight method, with vibration data captured at up to 800 Hz. Suitable for indoor environments, the tool empowers drone developers, propulsion engineers, and system integrators to enhance flight efficiency, reduce noise, and minimize mechanical wear. Propeller Balancing requires a separate software license obtainable through Tyto Robotics.
