The ESM/ELINT Receiver from TUALCOM is a compact, high-speed electronic support system designed to intercept, analyze, and characterize radar emissions across the 2–18 GHz frequency range. Featuring four RF input channels for direction-finding capability, the unit generates Pulse Description Words (PDWs) in real time, including parameters such as frequency, amplitude, pulse width, time of arrival, and Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI). The integrated signal processor can produce more than two million PDWs per second, with data transmitted via Gigabit Ethernet and telemetry managed through LVDS.
Optimized for low-SWaP performance, the receiver incorporates Digital Frequency Discriminator (DFD) and Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) blocks for high-precision signal detection. Built-in digital filtering and channel-selective switch-multiplexer filters eliminate unwanted signals and interference. Designed to meet MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F standards, the system provides exceptional sensitivity and instantaneous bandwidth, making it ideal for ELINT and ESM missions on small unmanned platforms, stealth drones, and compact naval or airborne ISR systems.
