The TTRM1210-D01 is a 30–2700 MHz, 8 W bidirectional amplifier module designed to handle signal formats ranging from CW and FM through highly modulated 64QAM and 256QAM carriers. Its transmit path provides 36 dB gain, while the receive path delivers 23 dB gain with a 2 dB noise figure. Operating from a 12–30 VDC supply, the module covers the same 30–2700 MHz span at its output and provides a typical saturated output power of 39 dBm.
Triad uses GaN transistor technology in the TTRM1210-D01 to support linear RF amplification with low distortion, while also enabling efficient operation where higher peak power is required. RF simulation and compact circuit design techniques reduce module size, weight, and DC power demand, supporting integration into space- and power-constrained radio architectures for uncrewed systems without assuming a specific platform or communications application.
