TA1056 Power Amplifier
The TA1056 is a 20–1000 MHz, 40 W SISO power amplifier based on class AB GaN technology. It provides 50 dB transmit gain, a typical P1dB of 44 dBm, and typical saturated RF output power of 46 dBm. Designed to accommodate any signal type, the amplifier gives integrators broad waveform flexibility across its operating range while running from a +27 to +30 VDC input.
Intended for military and commercial use, the TA1056 combines wideband coverage with a compact 3.99 × 2.3 × 0.85-inch enclosure. Its GaN architecture supports applications where RF power, efficient packaging, and integration into size-constrained uncrewed platforms are key considerations, without limiting the amplifier to a particular modulation format or radio configuration.
