HydroPACT Pipe & Cable Detection Systems
HydroPACT systems locate subsea pipes and cables and measure burial depth. The range combines pulse-induction and active-tone detection methods, with models for different target types and survey requirements. DeepView provides the topside interface. Configured systems can also support the detection of unexploded ordnance (UXO).
- HydroPACT 440 MK2: Pulse-induction pipe and cable tracking system that can also detect electrically conductive UXO targets. Designed for real-time surveys from suitably equipped subsea vehicles.
- HydroPACT 660E: Compact pulse-induction system with a reduced-size electronics pod and coil assembly.
- HydroPACT 350: Active-tone system for locating and measuring the burial depth of tone-carrying submarine cables.
- HydroPACT Dualtrack: Integrated combination of the 440 pulse-induction system and 350 tone-tracking system for pipe and cable surveys.
