TA437

Permabond TA437 is a single-component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for metals, ferrites and ceramics. Used with Initiator 41 or 41M, it provides rapid fixture for high-speed production. It can also cure anaerobically in a close-fitting metal joint when an initiator is not desired. The cured adhesive forms strong, tough bonds with good impact and high-temperature resistance.

TA437 is suited to bonding permanent magnets in UAV brushless electric motors, including compatible rotor and stator assemblies. Its no-mix application and fast activated cure make it ideal for production processes for motor components that must withstand centrifugal forces, vibration and elevated operating temperatures.
