ES566

Permabond ES566 is a single-component heat-curing epoxy adhesive that requires no mixing. It bonds metals, composites and difficult plastics such as nylon and PBT. The product combines high peel and shear strength with high-temperature resistance and can begin curing at 90°C, with faster cure at higher temperatures.

ES566 is highly suited to bonding magnets in UAV electric motors when manufacturers prefer a one-part heat-cure process. It supports compatible rotor and stator assemblies that must withstand centrifugal forces, vibration and elevated operating temperatures, with a thixotropic form that remains in place before cure.
