A1042
Permabond A1042 is a rapid-curing anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing metal parts that may later need to be dismantled for maintenance. It resists vibration, lubricates threads during assembly and provides corrosion protection. The product is designed to replace mechanical locking devices such as lock washers and split pins in suitable threaded joints.
For drones, A1042 can secure nuts, bolts and screws on assemblies that require periodic inspection, adjustment or servicing. Its removable grade makes it ideal for maintainable threaded joints exposed to vibration without making the connection permanent.
