RFDesign's NDAA-compliant and Blue UAS-approved RFD900x family provides long-range bidirectional telemetry and data links for UAVs. The 1 W radios operate in the 900 MHz band and support stated ranges beyond 40 km when suitable antennas and ground-station equipment are used. Two diversity-switched RF ports allow separate antennas to be connected.
The RFD 900x and RFD900x-US modem listings describe the same US-band modem configuration and have therefore been consolidated. The BARE version retains the same RF architecture but omits the pin header, RF connectors and heatsink for direct OEM integration.
Bundle configurations add matched radios, antennas and integration cables. The CubePilot bundle includes the Cube telemetry lead, while the RFD900ux-US bundle is supplied with RP-SMA antenna cables and additional socket and multi-cables. Duplicate RFD 900x and RFD900x-US CubePilot bundle entries have also been combined.
