Manufactured in the U.S. by NW Blue, the Herelink Blue v1.1 is an integrated UAV communications system comprising a handheld ground controller and airborne modem. PineSync carries video, audio, telemetry and control data across the matched air and ground units, supporting links up to 20 km with maximum stated latency of 110 ms.
The complete bundle supplies both main components. The controller provides an Android-based interface for mission and vehicle applications, while the airborne modem accepts HD video and carries data to the ground unit. OEM images can customize boot behavior, system settings, Android applications and device properties.
The separately listed ground-station antenna is a replacement accessory rather than a different Herelink system variant. It provides 3.8 and 5.5 dBi stated gain at 2.4 GHz and is intended as a direct replacement for the controller-side antenna.
