The Dragonfly NR-8 is a highly versatile GCS based around a rugged Durabook tablet with 8-inch screen and offering a rich feature set to suit the control requirements of a variety of unmanned aerial, ground and surface systems. It is ideal for a wide range of military, industrial and first responder use cases, including ISR, disaster response, search and rescue, and infrastructure inspection.
The handheld unit provides a variety of customizable interface options including Ethernet 10/100, HDMI, and USB 2.0 and 3.2 Type-C ports, and can be integrated with various DC-DC converters in the 10-75V range to ensure maximum operational flexibility. It can also be tailored with optional add-ons such as specialized joysticks, buttons, and radio transceivers.
The ND-8 features military-grade connectors and components, and is compliant with MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G and IP65 standards, ensuring high performance even in the presence of shock, vibration, water, dust, and extreme temperatures.
