I7 Electric Power System

IPET Systems' I7 is an integrated propulsion solution for multirotor drones, featuring a motor with an ESC (electronic speed controller) embedded directly inside the housing for enhanced space and weight savings and reduced wiring. The I5 is designed for quadcopters with takeoff weights of 10 to 16 kg, and hexacopters with takeoff weights of 15 to 24 kg.

The integrated design has been manufactured with high-quality machining and thermo-fit assembly with precision-positioning press technology, ensuring high reliability and offering a lifespan of up to ten times that of traditional solutions. Thanks to advanced aerodynamic optimization and parametric blade geometry design, the unit's propellers feature a weight saving of 30 to 48% with no compromise on strength, and are up to 15% quieter than standard propellers.

The embedded ESC includes a health monitoring module with built-in vibration sensors and dynamic performance tracking, utilizing diagnostic algorithms to observe real-time conditions and predict failures. This module is available in two variants - the Portable Edition offers self-diagnosis without the need to upload data logs, and the Professional Edition allows data to be transmitted to an external server for dynamic assessment and updating of power usage models via self-learning algorithms.
