LOCTITE® 577
LOCTITE® 577 is a 1-part, medium-strength, thixotropic thread sealant for straight-to-straight and straight-to-taper threaded fittings. It fills the space between threaded parts, sealing and locking at the same time while providing an instant low-pressure seal.
The product is designed for locking and sealing threaded metal pipes and fittings, and is effective on active and inactive metals. It does not creep, shrink or shred, cures even with minor surface contamination, and provides high temperature and contamination tolerance for demanding sealing applications.
