The microFLUX 4LPi from Hargrave is a bareboard power supply designed for platforms where space, airflow, and system-level optimization matter. It features configurable high- and low-voltage channels, with digitally configurable outputs at discrete levels from 3.3V to 28V. The unit incorporates integrated DroneCAN telemetry, with system state, current draw, and power performance monitored in real time. Output voltages can be configured in software, enabling flexible power distribution without hardware redesign.
The microFLUX 4LPi includes a dedicated fan control circuit capable of powering active airflow and fan systems directly from the unit. This enables thermal control without additional hardware, with thermal management particularly important in high-performance uncrewed systems and sealed airframes. Hargrave applies its integration across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing, together with advanced in-house SMT production and EOL testing infrastructure, to the microFLUX 4LPi. The platform is designed to reduce integration complexity while maintaining the flexibility to adapt as mission requirements evolve.
