The microFLUX 2MPi from Hargrave Technologies is a bareboard, dual-channel smart power supply designed for integration into higher-current UAS payloads. Providing 20 A rated continuous output current per channel, it supports digitally configurable output voltage and real-time voltage, current, and power monitoring via DroneCAN. Its compact, 55 g bareboard format allows power to be placed closer to the load, helping reduce cable runs, bulk, complexity, voltage drop, and loss. Designed for demanding avionics, servos, AI, and edge compute systems, the microFLUX 2MPi can integrate directly into avionics stacks, sealed airframes, and space-constrained platforms.
Built on more than a decade of UAS power-electronics experience, the microFLUX 2MPi includes high-speed circular data logging, error-correcting memory (ECC), and per-channel and system-wide LED status indicators, with an operating temperature range of -20 to 50°C [-4 to 122°F]. Additional features include high-quality, highly efficient Western components and an NDAA-compliant design. Manufactured in Sydney, Australia, the microFLUX 2MPi is supported by Hargrave Technologies' in-house SMT production and end-of-line testing infrastructure and is ready to be deployed at scale.
